All orders placed are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Once an order is placed, changes (such as size or item changes) may not be guaranteed.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
๐ Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are made only on Fridays.

Lagos orders are delivered within 24โ72 hours after Friday dispatch

Interstate orders are delivered within 2โ4 working days after Friday dispatch
Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors beyond our control.
๐ Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns if the mistake is from our side (wrong item or defective product).
Customers must report issues within 24โ48 hours of receiving the item.
Refunds are processed within 1โ7 working days once approved.
We do not accept returns for wrong size selection or change of mind.
Stockpilingย
We offer stockpiling for up to 3 weeks from the date your order is placed. This allows you to combine multiple purchases into one shipment and save on delivery costs.
Please note:
- Stockpiling is available for a maximum of 21 days.
- You are responsible for requesting delivery before the 3-week period ends.
- If we do not receive a delivery request within 3 weeks, your order will automatically be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- Once an order has been shipped, standard shipping timelines and policies apply.
We recommend keeping track of your stockpiling period to avoid automatic dispatch.

All payments must be completed before orders are processed or shipped. We do not offer pay-on-delivery unless stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery details provided by customers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
