1. When are orders dispatched?
All orders are dispatched on Fridays only.
2. How long does delivery take?
Lagos: Delivery takes 24–72 hours after Friday dispatch.
Interstate: Delivery takes 2–4 working days after Friday dispatch.
3. How can I track my order?
To receive an update on your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your full name and order details. We'll be happy to provide you with the latest update on your delivery.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
We only accept returns or exchanges if the wrong item was sent or the item is defective. Requests must be be made within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
5. Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?
No. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes selected by customers. Please check the product description and size details carefully before placing your order.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
7. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver to Lagos and all other states across Nigeria.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
9. What should I do if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order with clear photo or video evidence. We'll review your request and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
10. Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, The Okirika Hub operates exclusively online. We do not have a physical walk-in store.
We are based in Ogba, Lagos, Nigeria, and offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria.

12. Do you allow stockpiling?
Yes! We offer complimentary stockpiling for up to 3 weeks from the date your order is placed. This allows you to combine multiple purchases into one shipment and save on delivery costs.
Please note:
- Stockpiling is available for a maximum of 21 days.
- You are responsible for requesting delivery before the 3-week period ends.
- If we do not receive a delivery request within 3 weeks, your order will automatically be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- Once an order has been shipped, standard shipping timelines and policies apply.
We recommend keeping track of your stockpiling period to avoid automatic dispatch.
